The products that we used to make with high quality from Chanthaburi gardens.  As the main raw material for the production. Selection of good raw materials screening good sacrifices. We used salak not over 6 months. Which will result in the sacrifice of beautiful yellow color. If we keep salak in for a long time  the color of salak will  become black and will not be appetizing.

Production procedure

The salak from Chanthaburi 100%. Without preservatives.  Passed  FDA standards from the Ministry of Public Health. Daily fresh,  store in the fridge for over 6 months at -18 degrees.

Toddy palm in snowy syrup

Toddy Palm In the snowflake. This is familiar for all. This fruit has a specific smell like spoiled and sour taste. Also very easy to spoil. That's why we soak in the syrup to prolong life and keep it for dessert after a meal. Considered as a favorite for Thai people.

Berry families are high in vitamin C. Easy to find in Thailand but  out of season is very expensive.

Delicious trick: Should use a small strawberry for sweet and sour taste. Because the pulp is hard when we soak in the syrup and  not too soft.

Tapioca with black beans in coconut cream

Ingredients : small sago , sugar , pandan water , soft coconut pulp , coconut milk , palm sugar , cooked black beans , salt , rice flour.

Tapioca in coconut cream ... a simple Thai dessert with a sweet, soft, tender texture. Mix with black bean soft flavour and more texture. Topped with salty coconut cream and fresh coconut milk for more tasteful. Choose the small sago seeds  and fat black beans.

Tips for Tapioca with black beans in coconut cream

Boil the sago untils the seeds clears (a bit white inside the sago) Boil the sago. Add sugar until boiled.  If adding sugar when the flour is not yet cooked. Sago will not ripen anymore. For the black beans, boil until it becomes soft with medium flame. If the beans are boiled over high heat the beans are hard, not soft.
