Tips for Tapioca with black beans in
coconut cream
Boil the sago untils the seeds clears (a
bit white inside the sago) Boil the sago. Add sugar until boiled. If adding sugar when the flour is not yet
cooked. Sago will not ripen anymore. For the black beans, boil until it becomes
soft with medium flame. If the beans are boiled over high heat the beans are
hard, not soft.
